Sara has been with our Employee Benefits Department since March 2020. She is licensed in Life & Health Insurance and earned a bachelor’s degree from Central Michigan University. Sara’s primary role is to support our large group clients with benefit plan education, facilitating enrollment changes and ensuring prompt and effective claims resolution. With over 20 years of professional experience centered around customer service and support, she’s committed to ensuring that clients receive the best possible support for their employee benefit needs. She resides in the Petoskey area with her husband and 2 children.
